Associate Editor

What is an Associate Editor?

An Associate Editor is someone who wishes to become a contributor to the Youth Work Resources web site.
Normally a Associate Editor will choose a topic that he or she wishes to expand upon, for instance you may have an interest in Missions and want to tell people about what's available, or someone who is on a mission at the moment. Can I just send an article?
go for it

What would I have to do?

As an Associate Editor you would be responsible for your section, this would include writing stuff, sourcing information and generally making your section better than all the others.
You could get your youth group to do some stuff and make it into a project. So for example, if you chose missions you could ask your group to think what it would be like to be a missionary and see if you could come up with a story or drama associated with mission.

Do I need to know html?

want to do something ? No,

if you do know it, we can send you the files you need to create pages in our Style, but if you don't know how to create a web page you can just send the files as text or word documents and we will do the rest.

Can I just contribute without being so involved?

YES.

If you want to write something for the site or tell us about something, then just send us an email using the link below. We will make it into the web file and email you when its online.
